Day 1 BANGKOK - CHIANG SAEN - CHIANG RAI
08:00 Transfer to Bangkok domestic airport.
10:30 Depart Bangkok by TG-132
11:50 Arrive Chiang Rai airport.
Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Chiang Saen, former capital of the first Thai Kingdom , situated directly on Mekong River at Thailand-Laos border. Visit Wat Phra Dhat Jom Kitti by climbing 383 steps to top of hill. Also visit Wat Jedi Luang and the small museum nearby. Continue by longtail speedboat upriver on the Mekong toward the Golden Triangle where the borders of Thailand , Burma and Laos meet. Check in at hotel. Dinner and accommodations.

Day 2 CHIANG RAI - MAE SALONG - CHIANG RAI
Breakfast.
08:15-17:00 Depart from Chiang Saen to visit Lisu Village at Ban Mae Kaotom and continue uphill via Mae Chan to Yao and Akha hilltribe villages. Proceed to Doi Mae Salong, passing through beautiful mountain scenery. Stunning view from top takes in a large part of Thailand , Burma and the Mekong Valley . Lunch at Doi Mae Salong Villa in Doi Mae Salong. Depart Doi Mae Salong to Mae Sai, northernmost Thai town and on Burmese border. Stroll through and shop at local market. Return to Chiang Rai with short stop at fish cave. Dinner and accommodations at hotel.

Day 3 CHIANG RAI - THATORN - CHIANG MAI
Breakfast.
07:30 Board simple longtail motorboats for three-hour journey up Kok River , passing tiny hilltribe villages, bamboo huts and jungle scenery. Disembark at Ban Pha Tai and continue by bus to v isit Ban Lorcha, a Phami Akha hilltribe community center. This community-based tourism development project promotes sustainable, self-reliant development to improve the quality of life of villagers of this Akha Community, and is a model for tourism in Hilltribe villages. Lunch at Thatorn Riverview Resort. Continue by bus to Chiang Mai via Fang and Chiang Dao. Check in at hotel. Dinner and accommodations.
Overnight : at Holiday Inn, Chiangmai (Fromer Sheraton Chiang Mai ) or similar

Day 4 CHIANG MAI - BANGKOK
Breakfast
08:00 Visit Wat Doi Suthep, tucked away in mountains at elevation of 1,056 meters. The temple is reached using a NAGA railing rising along both sides of a 290-step staircase . The monastery was built by King Gue-Na in 1383. The center is a big Chedi (spiral pagoda) which contains partial relics of Lord Buddha. Continue with a visit to the Mae Ping elephant camp to watch elephants taking timber in forest. Their strength and strategic teamwork will amaze you. Lunch at orchid farm. Afternoon tour of handicraft factories to see manufacturing of lacquerware, spinning and weaving of Thai Silk and how paper umbrellas are made. Also visit famous Thai woodcarving factory, with possibility of buying Burmese antiques.
17:45 Transfer to airport.
19:15 Depart Chiang Mai by TG-117.
20:25 Arrive Bangkok with transfers to your Bangkok hotel.

You should book the sightseeing tour at least 2 days before the tour date (Monday - Friday). However, it will depend on the tour availability too.
Q. Do you need my credit card details at the time of making a reservation?
Yes. However, you will not be charged at the time of reservation. Your credit card will be charged only if and after your booking is confirmed.
Q. How to meet our guide or our representative?
Print your tour voucher and present it to our guide who will pick you up at the hotel lobby on your travel date.
