Salathai Restaurant:
The Salathai Restaurant, which features authentic Thai cuisine, boasts a central and quaint location within the classic bungalows area. Each dish incorporates local flavors, specifically designed to introduce Westerners to the delights of Thai food. Specialties include Yam Pol La Mai Ruam, or Thai Mixed Fruit Salad. The Salathai Restaurant also features a weekly Thai Night Market buffet, as well as Thai Cooking Classes.
Railway Restaurant:
The Railway Restaurant is an elegant and historic venue set in the heart of the colonial resort. This international restaurant serves a variety of Thai and Western cuisine, classically prepared by Chef Somai Yuenyung. Signature dishes include "Khao Pad Rot Fai," or Railway Fried Rice, as well as a wide selection of pasta and sandwiches. The Railway Restaurant also serves a breakfast buffet, including both Asian and Western cuisine. During the week, the Railway features French, Italian and Eastern-Oriental buffets, as well as a "Mini-Buffet."

Palm Pavilion:
The Palm Pavilion, located both just next to the Gulf of Siam and within the classic colonial pavilion, is the ultimate in luxury. Fusion gastronomic cuisine is the specialty here, and Chef Veerasak Jariyatassakorn lovingly prepares each dish. The Palm Pavilion?s specialties include Tropical Fruit and Lobster Salad, Grilled Shitake Mushroom Cappuccino with Chili Dust and Wok Flavored Rock Lobster on an Asparagus bed. The restaurant also features two delicious Thai and Seafood buffets.

Palm Terrace:
The Palm Terrace features the most spectacular views of the entire grandiose resort and the lovely Gulf of Siam. Each table is located within a stone?s throw of the sea. The restaurant serves lunch and snacks to outdoor diners relaxing at the pool or by the beach. Some signature dishes include the Indonesian Nasi Goreng, Andulusian Gazpacho Soup, excellent Baked Lasagna and Prawn, and Mango Salad. A grand sala overlooking the Gulf of Siam also highlights the Palm Terrace.
