PassionAsia.com does not accept booking of airline tickets of hotel rooms only unless it is booked with one of our package tours. For airline tickets, PassionAsia.com will only arrange domestic flights in any country of our coverage and International flights departing from Bangkok, Thailand. 18.Do you help me with my domestic and international air arrangement?

When purchasing a package with Passionasia.com, we can help you with all the domestic air arrangement. 26.I'm traveling to a foreign country, how do I know if I need a visa or passport?

You will certainly need a passport to enter any of the countries in Southeast Asia and China. However, different policies apply with regards to VISA for each country you want to enter. It also depends which country's passport you are holding. For more information, please send our online agent a query with some details of your travel plans, and we will try our best to assist you.

27.I'm a single person travelling alone. Is it true that I have to share a room with a stranger?

It is certainly not completely true. It really depends on the package you buy. Here, at PassionAsia.com, we offer both private tours and join-in tours. If you are purchasing a join-in tour, you will not share a room with a stranger by paying a single stay surcharge.

How to identify, if that is a join-in tour?

Very easy, if the prices show the number of persons traveling, then they are private tours and on the other hand if it states join-in then they are join-in tours. To make sure that you stay in a single room in join-in tours, please make sure you request so in your reservation.

28.Where can I get advice on my travel arrangements?

30.How can I book your package?

PassionAsia.com offers two methods of booking your trip. If you have the trip you are interested in and you immediately decide to book, you can use the book now function on that same page. However, if you have not decided yet to book the trip, you save it to your " My Trips " folder and use the book now function in "My Trip" folder to book the trip. Note that we don't require any deposits at this stage! We will have to check the availability of the package as well as all details of the tour. We will revert to you with all the confirmed details and the invoice. It is then that you will need to make full prepayment either through credit card or wired transfer.

31.How do I check the availability of a travel product?

To check availability of the travel product, you need to fill the booking form buy going through the book now link. We will ask for essential details that will be needed upon checking availability and securing space for you. No payment needed at this stage.

32.What can I expect after I have completed my reservation or my booking?

After completing the booking form, our online agents will return to you within 24 hours advising if they have been able to confirm all the details of trip. If our online agents have not been able to confirm all details as requested, they will advise you of the elements that have not been able to confirm and offer alternatives. If you are happy with the details confirmed, then you will proceed with the payment process.

33.What do I do if I want to add another person to my reservation?

If you want to add another person to your reservation, please send an inquiry to our online agents stating the trip you have booked, the excursion date and the name of the member who booked the trip. Our online agents will revert to you if the person has been added successfully and advice if you will need to do anything else.

34.How can I book a few tour packages, each with a different number of travelers?

To book a few tour packages either with different number of travelers or the same number of travelers, you will need to book each tour package separately. For each package you book, you will be asked for a different set of information.

35.Can I make reservation for others?

Absolutely, you can make reservations for family members, friends, relatives and any one. The booking will be made under your membership name while we ask separately for the name and number of travelers.

36.How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it's submitted?

After completing the reservation/booking form, you will be asked to check the accuracy of the information and for any details that you might want to change. If you do not want to edit any information, you can use the submit button to confirm details. However if you want to change information, please use the edit booking information or simply press back on your browser.

37.Which credit cards can I use to reserve my trip?
Currently, we only accept VISA cards only, however, you can also pay us through bank transfer.

38.How can I review a reservation I've previously made?
Yes, you can view your reservation in your "My trips" folder.

39.How are currency conversions handled during booking?
PassionAsia.com will charge you at the quoted currencies. This is basically this give the most realistic prices and a value for packages. We have no intention to have you pay for currency conversion safeties. Then, your credit card will charge at the conversion rate of the actual payment date.

40.How do I know whether my reservation is confirmed?
PassionAsia.com will send you a confirmation through e-mail together with an invoice for the trip. Alternatively, you can choose the booking status in your "My Trips" folder.

41.Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?

At the stage of the reservation process you will not need to guarantee with a credit card or deposit. However, after we have confirmed to you the availability, you will be advised of a date that you will need to make a full prepayment for the package.

42.I haven't received my confirmation email yet.

Send our online agents a query or e-mail, specifying your name, tour name, and departure date or simply the reference number. Our online agents will return to you in no time. Alternatively, you can check in your "My Trips" folder the status of your booking.

43.How will I receive my voucher and receipt?

Upon payment received, you will receive your voucher and receipt online. If you will like a hard copy receipt, please send us a request and mailing address.

44.If I cancel or change my online reservation, will I get a refund or credit? Will I have topay  any fees?

If you cancel your reservation, the refund policy will be applied depending on the number of days you cancel before departure. If you have made payments through credit card a 3% percent processing charge will be apply to all cases. Note that normally you will get a refund unless you specify you want to keep it as credit.

45.I have paid for travel product that I am not satisfied with, how do I go about getting refund?

At PassionAsia.com, we want to guarantee the quality of service and your satisfaction. If you are ever dissatisfied with our service, please try to let us know during the tour and your online agent will make the necessary arrangements and refund. If you have finished the tour, please send us a complaint form specifying your dissatisfaction and your online agent will investigate the case, and advise the results of the investigation.
