The main emphasis of our courses is on quality. Our recipe book is in full colour and is of a very high standard. It contains all the recipes from the 5 courses along with a photograph of each dish.
This package basically involves 5 days of cooking course (10 AM to 4 PM) with some added sightseeing and dinner show.
