eReservation Officer (Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming reservation, checking availability process reservations into the reservation management systems
• Ensuring reservation are answered in a prompt and professional fashion.
• Ensuring the smooth operations of daily reservations, solving customers' travel-related problems by telephone, e-mail and online live chat
• Report customers' problems and requests to supervisor and Product Development Department to find the solution to better serve customer with quality products and services
Qualifications:
• Thai, male or female, age not over 30
• Ability to communicate well in English (or French, German, Chinese or Japanese)
• One or two years’ experience in the travel industry an advantage
• Should be able to work under pressure and at flexible hours (shifts) including holidays
• Have good communication and persuasion skills
• Very good customer relation skills with service minded
• Computer literate and able to use internet for research
• Well-organized person with a good decision making abilities
