| Responsibilities: |
| |
Answering incoming reservation, checking availability process reservations into the reservation management systems |
| |
Ensuring reservation are answered in a prompt and professional fashion. |
| |
Ensuring the smooth operations of daily reservations, solving customers' travel-related problems by telephone, e-mail and online live chat |
| |
Report customers' problems and requests to supervisor and Product Development Department to find the solution to better serve customer with quality products and services |
| Qualifications: |
| |
Thai, male or female, age not over
30 |
| |
Ability to communicate well in
English (or French, German, Chinese or Japanese) |
| |
One or two years experience in the
travel industry an advantage |
| |
Should be able to work under
pressure and at flexible hours (shifts) including holidays |
| |
Have good communication and
persuasion skills |
| |
Very good customer relation skills with service minded |
| |
Computer literate and able to use internet for research |
| |
Well-organized person with a good decision making abilities |
| |
