Friendly, helpful staff; location not suitable for wheelchair access

A lot of information re options and offers immediately on arrival - a little disconcerting as our flights were delayed and we were too tired to take all information in at that time; however apart from the upgrade to a villa, we were given 24 hours before having to confirm other options.
Lovely hotel - on two sites - separated by a main road, but this was patrolled by uniformed security guards and there was no problem with crossing from one to the other.
Location on a very steep hill - however there was the opportunity to ask for an electric buggy (like a golf cart) to move around the resort which was useful.
Overall a great experience.
