Friendly, helpful staff; location not suitable for wheelchair access

A lot of information re options and offers immediately on arrival - a little disconcerting as our flights were delayed and we were too tired to take all information in at that time; however apart from the upgrade to a villa, we were given 24 hours before having to confirm other options.
Lovely hotel - on two sites - separated by a main road, but this was patrolled by uniformed security guards and...
