Unclean and unfriendly hotel

Montana Grand Phuket hotel is a complete disaster. Extremely unfriendly people at the reception.
The rooms are unclean, the balcony is almost filthy.
There is no restaurant except for breakfast.
We never saw any pool service (drinks etc.).
But the pool is clean and the Montana is one of the cheapest hotels in Phuket.
We tried like mad to find another hotel, but either the price was too high or they were far from the beach and the city center.
And last, but not least the air conditioner broke down every night!
It's about the worst hotel that I have ever seen and probably the worst in all of Thailand.
We have been to Thailand 8 times.
