Hotel Reviews of Baiyoke Suite Hotel

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is really a disppointment to me. The service of the counter staff is really lousy.

A friendly and nice place

Rooms were in a run condition in appearance.

Maintenence did not appear to constant.

Carpets were very stained and dirty.

This hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. Whilst the rooms were clean, there were many stains on the carpets, the air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy, the WiFi in the room did not work due to a faulty modem, the curtains in the bedroom could not be opened and closed and the rooms needed repainting and decorating.

This hotel is ideally situated in Bangkok but finding its entrance was a little difficult. It is important to understand that it is not accessible for anything larger than a mini van, so is not an ideal hotel for organising a pickup for a tour etc. Generally, the hotel was good value for the price that we paid but was a little tired, boardering on the run down.
