My family & I have been using this hotel for 9 years as well as others hotels in Kuala Lumpur. This is an OK old hotel and needs an decoration from top to bottom, specially the carpet which was never changed in these last 9 years. This hotel is a joy to stay in close to Monarail station to all shopping areas and the staff are all there to please. We had the most wonderful view of the Petronas Towers from our room 1904 and the cake selection in the cafe was to die for. We would stay here again cant speak highly enough or the Renaissanse thank you....

Absolute Pleasurable Stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The executive room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend that the hotel replace the televisions in the rooms to LCD.
