Hotel Review of Awana Genting Highlands Golf & Country Resort

1. We feel Awana is generally a good and comfortable resort to stay in.

2. We arrived on 11 Apr 09 at 12pm, and the staff exercised flexibilty to allow us to check in.

3. I had no problem parking my car at the multi-storey carpark, which I find quite well-maintained.

4. There were 2 internet kiosk near the lobby reception. Provided much convenience. Maybe can consider to increase to 4 kiosk? Sporean can use to chk traffic condn to decide on Johor Bahru or Tuas Check Point.

5. The breakfast was excellent with many continental + Asianvarities. Just to quote a few. Nasi lemak (rendak chicken), Tossei, Sausage (baked beans + fries), chinese porridge, fruits, many fruit juice, omelette (fried on-the spot). I truly enjoyed the breakfast!

6. Very spacious Club Suite (with bar counter, living room, sofa). Bathrrom oso very spacious n clean!

7. I tried to request from reception, a Brochure listing all services/facilities (e.g., massage, swimming pool, pre or post-paid tv prog, gym, lounge, internet kiosk, restaurant, health centre, etc) available at Awana, but they said not available. A pity. Maybe can have standard printout and put in every room?
