sunway is located across the street from the american embassy in a very safe area. walking distance to the waterfront and other attractions, including the monkeys on phnom penh hill. the staff was very courteous and helpful. breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. our room was adequate, but nothing special. i would definitely stay here again if i return to phnom penh.
