From March to April, experience over 330 titles of outstanding new film works from more than 50 countries around the globe in 36th Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF), one of Asia's most reputable platforms for filmmakers, film professionals and filmgoers from all over the world.

Screening in 11 major cultural venues across the territory, the Festival is Hong Kong's largest cultural event that reaches an audience of over 600,000.

This year, the fest features 3 Oscar Nominated Films; "Monsieur Lazhar, Canada" directed by Philippe Falardeau, "Footnote, Israel" by Joseph Cedar, and "In Darkness, Poland/Germany" by Agnieszka Holland, as well as a new work from internationally recognized Hong Kong filmmaker, Peter Ho-Sun Chan entitled "FACE TO FACE".
