A hidden tropical paradise until the movie 'The Beach' brought it in the limelight. Phi Phi is now another tourist mecca. The islands have turquoise water, white sand and palm trees, and over 1 million visitors a year.

How to go:
By ferry boat, speed boat or charter yacht. Most commonly visitors arrive by ferry boat from Krabi or Phuket. Also there are routes from (and to) Lanta and Ao Nang (Krabi province).
Beaches: Ao Maya (Maya Bay - Phi Phi Ley), Tonsai Beach, Loh Dalum Beach and Long Beach
Best Time: November to March
Activities: Swimming, Sunbathing, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Rock-climbing, Jungle Walks, Sea Kayaking, Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, Parasailing etc.
